Book in advance
Vivid Nails is appointment only — online booking, call, or text. Allow 24–48 hours for a reply to a text.
Include your add-ons
List every service you want when you book, so the right amount of time is set aside.
Ask for art early
Design requests need 1–2 days notice. Detailed work needs extra appointment time.

Do you take walk-ins?
No — Vivid Nails is appointment only. All appointments are booked in advance by online booking, call, or text. Please allow 24–48 hours for a reply to a text.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is taken at the time of booking and is applied toward your final total. Accepted payment methods are Zelle, Cash App, debit, and credit. A valid ID is required for debit and credit transactions.
What happens if I am running late?
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled. Please get in touch in advance if you think you will be late — a no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit and may mean no future bookings.
Can I ask for nail art on the day?
Please choose designs when you book. Detailed work needs extra appointment time, so any nail inspiration or design request needs at least 1–2 days' notice so it can be accommodated properly.
What if a nail chips or lifts?
If you experience chipping, breaking, or lifting within 3–4 days of your service, it may be fixed free of charge at our discretion. No refunds are issued once you leave the premises.
Can I bring someone with me?
Space is limited, so please come alone unless it has been discussed beforehand. The suite is a kid-free environment.
How do I find the suite?
You will receive a confirmation text or email with detailed instructions for parking and locating the suite.
